Jenny Plaister-Ten is Director of 10 Consulting Ltd and lead practitioner. She has held senior positions for companies such as ICL/Fujitsu and Compaq/HP as well as her own consulting company in Singapore. She has lived and worked in the USA, Asia/Pacific and in Europe. Jenny is married interculturally and has raised a son in several different cultures. She now works with global leaders and their teams to increase their inter-cultural effectiveness. Jenny has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Our passion is to add value to the lives of leaders and their global teams. To illuminate insight, develop strategy and deliver action through personal growth, culture change and cross-cultural effectiveness. We understand your world. We are experienced international practitioners, having lived and worked in four different continents, we now work with people from 40 different countries. Our mission comes from deeply held values about the need for increased understanding of different perspectives. Armed with an increase in understanding we can seek to make a difference - in ourselves, in our work and in the world.
