You alone have the power to do this and once you learn how, you’ll find you are able to overcome all negative behaviours, depression, doubts, fears, phobias, anxiety, and anything else that is keeping you stuck. The earlier part of my life was devoted to raising my three wonderful Children who I am so proud of. I then returned to work in Human Resources where I coached and mentored many employees, which always gave me immense pleasure. The latter part of my life was taken up with working full time and running a home, so life was very busy with not much time to think about me. Things soon changed when redundancy came along. However, I saw this as an opportunity to change my direction in life. about meIn order to fulfill my passion for helping others, I decided that Life Coaching was my future and I am now a qualified Personal & Professional Life Coach. This was followed by a study of NLP and I am now a Master NLP Coach.
