Our classes are designed around you, and you don’t have to wait for a course to end and a new one to begin. All our classes are continuous lessons so you can start or join at anytime you like. We have a range of different Pole Classes from the Beginner up to Advanced. The perfect way to not only increase your fitness and tone your body, but to have fun while doing it. There is always new things to learn and new challenges. Aerial is a great way to get fit. We have many different pieces of equipment including Hoop, Silks, Trapeze, Sling and more. For both complete beginners all the way through to the advanced student.
