We try wherever possible to work to your deadlines, not what is convenient to us. The partners work together with you, so that there is always someone who can help. You should be able to contact us whenever you want to. You will be able to contact us wherever we are via mobile phone. If we can’t take your call right then, we will get back to you at the earliest possible moment - always on the same day. We want you to use our services – we want you to get in touch. We would rather you speak to us to resolve any issues you have, no matter how small, than worry about them. So we won’t charge you for every phone call - we will be practical so that you get value for money. Most clients don’t want to pay their accountant for the same basic services each year. We aim to make you as self-sufficient as possible when it comes to basic accounting, if that suits your requirements, so that we can concentrate on the issues where we can add more value.
