We are a family run removals company who pride ourselves on delivering a top class service at an affordable price. We rely heavily on repeat moves and recommendations, so customer satisfaction is a top priority. Our team are dedicated to carrying out each and every move with care and consideration. A successful move depends on the team which completes the move. We use all our own fully trained, reliable staff and never use agency staff unlike the bigger removals firms. Also when your property is surveyed prior to your move, the same surveyor will be present on your move so he will know everything that has been discussed and agreed upon. Another advantage for using us is the vehicles we use. Larger removal companies use massive trucks which block roads and have limited access. We have a selection of vehicle sizes so when your survey is done, we will assess which vehicles would best suit your move and if two smaller vehicles are needed, then that is what we use. We also when possible separate all household contents from garage and garden contents. We are of course fully insured and I am pleased to say we have never claimed on our policy, which I think says a lot for our service.
