We endeavour to form positive relationships between staff, parents and children from the very first day, ensuring that we make you feel at ease with the settling in process and helping your child to feel comfortable with their environment. Through a wide variety of stimulating and inviting activities, children are encouraged to make choices, be independent and share as well as learn other social skills. . All staff are fully qualified in childcare and hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS. Staff have been trained on promoting equal opportunities throughout the setting, whether it be through activities, communication or accessibility. Our Baby Room provides a loving, warm and comfortable environment where the emotional, physical and educational needs of each baby are given the highest priority. There are individual cots for sleep times, changing facilities, a milk kitchen and plenty of space to discover and enjoy a wide range of carefully selected toys, equipment and activities. Your baby will join a small group of up to five other babies who will be cared for by two qualified and experienced staff who will be based permanently in the baby room for continuity of care.
