We’re a small (but beautifully formed) web design & consultancy business, based in Watford, UK. Much of the work we do comes from recommendations and word of mouth, and therefore many of our clients are based in Hertfordshire, London and the South East, but we have got clients across the UK and now into Europe. Blackbox was formed back in 2012, and initially focused just on web design. Over time, we’ve seen that many of our small business clients are looking for a complete ‘one-stop-shop’ service and so we have introduced complementary services including web and email hosting, marketing tools such as campaign management and social media marketing, as well as customer relationship management systems and broader consultancy services. Being a small business, we understand small businesses. We like to try to earn clients’ trust by charging as little as possible to remain profitable, but doing a bang-up job. We rely on building long term partnerships with clients, so it’s in our interest to keep our clients happy.
