Hello my name is Maggie I opened the shop in October 2010 selling antiques, vintage and collectable items also shabby chic furniture which I sell ready painted I also offer a bespoke service painting to customers own specifications I also offer a re-covering and re-upholstery service which can be completed to customers own individual requirements. When I first opened the shop the aim was to offer a good quality and reliable service at reasonable prices this has proved very successful in developing a loyal customer base.
Ian is a savvy and creative businessman who is passionate about antiques with many years of experience.As a young child I purchased my first item from auction while sat on my father's shoulders, now in my late 30's my desire for the profession just seems to keep increasing. Like most dealers I started as a collector, with anorak knowledge of smalls I have carved out a career within the walls of Blackfriars Antiques.
