Tim Reeves started work in the music business with Virgin Records in 1988. He went on to set up his own Dance label, Tomato Records and then went into management. A career change saw him start work at the Chapel Pub in the west of London, one of the earlier great gastro pubs. There he became reacquainted withNigel, with whom he had previously worked selling falafels at Glastonbury Nigel offered Tim a job as assistant chef at Lodge Catering, where he was head chef. After two years' working together they developed their idea to set up a specialist al fresco catering company.

We are equally comfortable supplying major events for corporate clients such as Google, Sky and Red Bull, to more intimate occasions such as business gatherings and private parties.
