We employ knowledgeable, friendly staff that work in the shop and who embrace our culture. We stock key jewellery and watch brands and pride ourselves on the mix of traditional and fashion-led designs. We also have an in-house CAD design system to give our customers total visibility in seeing their jewellery designs before they are made. In the past, we have provided commissions for a number of upmarket retailers including Asprey, Mappin & Webb and have repaired various items of silverware for the Windsor Barracks. Our plan is still the same as it was when we opened our retail store in 1985 — to treat our customers as individuals and to do everything to make sure that their experience with us is memorable.

In 1982 we had a simple plan; to build a workshop led jewellery business that listened to its customers and made their experience memorable for the right reasons. We are a family run business with an on-site workshop housing three full-time Goldsmiths with a total of over 60 years’ experience and a mix of complementary backgrounds.
