We will continue to stock a limited supply of spares to satisfy most typical repairs and can supply a wide range of parts, accessories and sports nutrition products at competetive prices. We will continue to offer bike and wheel building, leaving the customer free to shop around for the most competitive pricing, while having the confidence to know that an experienced bike mechanic is on hand to help you ensure your online purchase is ready for the open road. If you work a nine to five job and find calling in to the workshop during the day is not a convenient option, we can arrange to pick up from your home in the evening, after the business day has ended, and drop the bike off with you once we have completed our work. Pick up and drop off is free for customers in our immediate locality, journies that are further afield may incur a small fee.
We can formally announce that Mark has taken the decision to focus on the service aspect of our activities, and that we will no longer be involved in the supply of bikes. The rapid rate of product change and the cost of maintaining stock, coupled with aggressive competition from the online market, has made selling bicycles an onerous challenge for a small retailer, a challenge we were no longer willing to face.
