CAS Contract Cleaning Ltd is a professional cleaning business established in 1990. The company has steadily grown and developed by offering a quality service, delivering contracts on time within budget and to our customer's satisfaction. The company’s main objective is client retention and employs over 100 staff. Selecting CAS ensures that all work is carried out to a high standard. Utilising our managers and supervisors, we deliver our commercial cleaning service to the highest standard day in, day out which is why we maintain first class client retention. All cleaning staff are fully uniformed and carry personal identification badges. At CAS we recruit hardworking, reliable cleaning operatives from the local community who are backed up by a dedicated and experienced supervisory / management team, all of whom are supported by our senior management team with vast industry knowledge. Quality control is very important and we aim to inspect 70% of properties on a monthly basis. To maintain the highest standard of service our Quality Control Manager randomly select properties where 2 tenants are asked to answer a quality control questionnaire, to ensure they are satisfied with the service we provide.
