Hi, I’m Catrin, and welcome to my website for my business, Catrin’s Dog Groomers. My purpose built grooming parlour is next to my house in Pontsarn, Merthyr Tydfil, which is surrounded by farmland and where I have lived all of my life. I have always had lots of pets and have wanted to work with animals for as long as I can remember so having my own dog grooming business, literally on my doorstep, is a dream come true. I established my Dog Grooming Parlour in July 2009 after successfully completing a training course at Classic Canine Cuts of Blackwood to obtain my Commercial Dog Grooming Certification. Before this I studied at Pencoed College where I successfully attained a BTEC National Diploma (Level 3) in Animal Management.
Pontsarn is a picturesque and quiet area with plenty of open spaces. My house has a large, dog friendly garden where your dog can play while they wait for you to return to collect them. Our neighbours are really friendly and there is plenty of free parking outside the house for when you come to drop off and pick up your dog.
