We visit students during their stay and speak with them on the telephone to confirm that everything is going well. A Director of Studies is available to discuss lessons and course content. A Welfare Officer is also available. ​ We have a 24 hour Emergency contact number which is available to students if anyone needs support at any time. Our teachers are chosen for their qualifications, teaching experience, enthusiasm and interest in receiving guests in their home. One to one teachers need to be flexible in their approach and adapt their methodology so each client receives the maximum benefit from the hours of lessons. Our teachers, whatever their qualifications, are required to attend a training course before working for us and we offer regular development sessions. Apart from the tuition, our teachers enjoy making their clients feel at home within a warm family atmosphere sharing everyday activities and introducing them to British culture, customs and cuisine.
