Martial Arts gradings are conducted every three months (longer for higher belts) under a structured system authorised by B.I.K.M.A (British and International Kickboxing and Martial Arts Association). Above all, Chesham Kickboxing aims to provide a safe and fun environment for students to practice and improve their Martial Arts and Kickboxing skills as well as helping improve fitness in Chesham.
