Since 2002 we have been based in the leafy village of Kirk Ella in the East Riding of Yorkshire, just a couple of miles from the Humber Bridge and Lincolnshire. The nearest city is Hull, which also happens to be the current UK City of Culture. We don't just supply cars locally however. In recent months we have supplied cars to customers from as far afield as Aberdeen and Hampshire. We have also supplied vehicles to customers around the world, to countries as diverse as Ireland, Malta and Zimbabwe. If you are travelling from outside of our area we are always happy to suggest hotels, restaurants and places to visit. Each car is hand-picked and carefully prepared for sale by us, with occasional help from a carefully selected range of fellow local businesses with their own different areas of expertise. Once they are ready for sale we take a large selection of photographs and create a HD video of each vehicle, to enable you to see as much as possible from the comfort of your own home.
Chevron Cars was established in 1979 by Peter Knott at small premises off Holderness Road in Hull. He was joined in the business by youngest son Tony in 1991, which gives us a combined total of 68 years (and counting!) running our family business selling used cars. We have experienced many changes in the industry over the last 40 years but our desire to supply high quality used cars at reasonable prices has never changed. We have many loyal customers who return time and again because of this.
