Lessons are held in my dedicated studio in Woodthorpe, just north of Nottingham. Formal examinations are catered for if required, but this is not essential. I am a full member of the Musicians Union, and carry the necessary insurance. Please contact me for a totally informal chat. I am experienced in teaching all ages, and offer a professional yet relaxed and safe environment and approach. It is important that you feel comfortable and at ease with your tutor, and I will happily meet with no obligation prior to starting tuition.
I hold Grade 8 qualifications in both Classical Guitar (ABRSM) and Percussion (Guildhall). I concentrate on developing correct technique/posture (essential foundations for any player) whilst retaining variety and "fun" in the sessions.
