Classic Bridal Cars was established back in 2004. We had no plans to run a wedding cars business. I(Mark) had not long closed my very successful wedding video business (Mirage Video), as I needed more time with the family. Using the money from the sale of the video equipment, we bought the Bentley off eBay from a little old guy retiring from his wedding business in Blackpool. It was in the colours you see it in today. We had planned on restoring it back to pearl grey, its original factory colour and to start taking it to classic car shows. Our house is a shortcut between two pubs, and a week would not go by without couples knocking and asking if we could do their wedding after seeing the car sat on the drive. I took a few bookings to help pay for restoration materials, and then we were asked what do we have for the bridesmaids? This is when the Daimler was bought and all of a sudden we had another successful little business.
