The grand Assembly Room can accommodate up to 150 seated guests whilst the elegant library on the upper floor provides a more intimate setting for ceremonies or celebrations. The terraces offer a large and versatile outdoor area, ideal for enjoying the breath-taking views and perfectly suited for a marquee. Cliff House is an historic, waterfront property with stunning, uninterrupted views of the Salcombe Estuary and the golden beaches of East Portlemouth. Cliff House has been at the very heart of life in Salcombe since it was placed in Trust in 1921 and has hosted decades of parties, dances, dinners, meetings, exhibitions, plays and weddings, as well as being home to the Salcombe Yacht Club, the Salcombe Town Council and the Salcombe Library.
