Hi, my name is John and I have been working with computers for my whole working life (and playing with them for a lot longer!). My experience in the industry has ranged from purchasing to engineering, from building computers to training people on their capabilities. I recently decided that whilst there isn't necessarily a gap in the market for home IT support, maybe there is a gap when it comes to an all round service. Maybe it isn't only people like me who want to learn more than just how to use their computer, but how to make informed choices, look after their computer properly and how to set up home networking. All my friends and family rely on me for all of their computer needs and consistantly say that they wouldn't know how they would cope without me.
