This sociable and dynamic dance school based in the heart of a small village offers both children and adults a chance to learn their chosen discipline in a happy, friendly atmosphere. Dance-A-Cise was started nearly 30 years ago by Jan Gregory who had spent the previous 12 years dancing as both head girl & dancer in many a famous venues home and abroad and felt it was time to share her passion with others. As well as teaching for herself Jan also takes great pleasure in going into schools as a freelance teacher doing both after school clubs and staging/ choreographing their shows. After spending 4 years working along side a physiotherapist Jan and a colleague came up with the idea to start a dance school for children with both learning and physical disabilities. “Dreams” was born in March 2015 and now runs very successful workshops in the holidays, weekly sessions in Sidcup and regular visits to schools. Jan is never happier than when she is sharing her passion for dance with others.
