Only four Beginner moves will see you dancing to all the music our DJs play. From today's chart, blues, salsa, back to the 1940s' big band sounds, they play it all. Just ask them for your favourite music and if it's danceable it will be played for you. Our DJs play at many dance venues as they are known for being some of the best on the circuit, it's not a set play list from them as they play to the room and your dance mood Worried about being the new person? Don't be. Without fail we have new dancers or those coming back for their second visit every dance night we hold. We aim to make you feel welcome and get you dancing. The NHS are encouraging us all to 'Change for Life' and dancing is a great way to put a spring in your step.
