She is a very experienced Early Years teacher, with over 30 years’ experience and expertise in Early Childhood Education. She has held senior management roles in a variety of Primary Schools for over 25 years. When you send your child to us, you can be confident that they are in excellent hands and will receive the best possible education and care. As a mother herself, Michele knows how important this is. All the staff at Dragonflies Nursery believe that our child-centred approach allows all children to progress and develop at their own individual pace and level. Through careful planning and attention to detail, we incorporate every child’s individual interests into the focus of their personalised learning plan and care Our beautiful nursery is a real home-from-home for the children. We believe that every child is unique and we want to unlock their potential through their own learning styles and interests. Our numbers are small so that all children receive lots of individual attention from staff who are experienced, dedicated and professional.
