We have moved from our old shop and are now a completely call-out based mobile support & repair service. A lot has changed in IT over the next 12 years and we began to specialise in the repair, support & services side of the business. In 2017 we decided to move from a brick & mortar shop to a more flexible call-out based mobile service. Our focus is making IT as hassle-free as possible. We'll come to you at your home or small business, work on your problem on-site whenever possible, or if not, we'll unplug your device for you and get it fixed at our workshop, delivering it back quickly and reconnecting it at a time that suits you. In 2005, we first started out with a brick & mortar shop on Canterbury Road in Westbrook, Margate, mainly selling custom built PC's, replacement parts, components, and peripherals. We were also an independent repairer and friendly reliable point of contact for IT advice and an alternative to the "big" computer chain stores.
