As a family run business Fleet were always looking for more ways of supporting its exceptional service to customers, this took a huge step forwards when we first started implementing our Stores Management service to blue chip companies, councils and public services. Essentially we assist or run the body shop for the business allowing them to focus on their own priorities. We now have our own in house IT team for bespoke work designed to assist partner businesses. We've very recently launched Social Media accounts and a brand new website tailored to serve both the consumer as well as run seamlessly with our Stores Management system. Fleet Factors are founding members of UPD www.upd.co.uk and ICD www.independentcd.co.uk. These are bodies incorporating other independent distributors across the UK so that national group deals can be offered to fleets and franchise dealers ensuring national benefits coupled with local family business service and support.
