Simply put, I do what I say. I will turn up when we agree, I will give you an estimated time of delivery and inform you when completed. If required, I will send you a picture of the goods being handed over. Having retired from the police force, I became a chauffeur, then a courier forming my own business, slipping into a career again at the wheel, putting my extensive driver training from the force into good use. I am very aware I not only take my reputation with me, but I represent your company as well and will always appear clean, smart and polite.
