We perform all repairs in house so if we collect your machine it stays with us. We aim to solve your problem in most cases without the machine being taken away. All PCs can be fixed provided there are no hardware issues. Parts can be ordered if the problem is hardware related. Any repair is carried out inside a reasonable time frame. If there are additional tasks required, we will happily carry them out, charging only the extra time taken, concessions are often made for our regular clients.
