A traditional coaching inn set within an acre of grassland, The George prides itself on serving excellent food, with the freshest ingredients, in a welcoming atmosphere. With 12 en-suite bedrooms, The George is not only a much loved local, it is also a relaxing retreat for those visiting the area. Fantastic place to stay. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice served by the very friendly member of staff called Liz. Dinner was very tasty. Twin room was lovely and comfortable.
