Our returns policy is at our discretion, as is not to be abused as seen fit by Gloucester Sports. Your item must not have been used, and must be returned in exactly the same condition (including other contents) as it was delivered to you. Shipping costs for the item to be delivered back to us is the responsibility of the customer, and we will not refund the original transport cost. The provision of goods and services by Gloucester Sports is subject to availability. In cases where goods are unavailable, Gloucester Sports will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
