The Award winning G & K Martial Arts Academy teaches Freestyle Karate and Kickboxing in two areas within the City of Swansea: Gorseinon, from its own Premises and Dunvant / Killay from Dunvant School. The G & K Martial Arts Academy was founded by Chief Instructor Mr David Huxtable who is a Fourth Dan Black Belt. He is assisted by his daughter Dr Amy Huxtable BMBS, MSc, Assistant Chief Instructor a Third Dan Black Belt and his Leadership Team including his son Mr Daniel Huxtable also a Third Dan Black Belt who was Junior Sports Person of the Year in the Active City of Swansea Sports Awards 2011 and holds a World Championship titles from the 2010, 2013 & 2015 World Karate and Kickboxing Association World Championships. Kidbox and Main Grade students also help with training as part of their personal progression programme and self-development as a Martial Artist.
We are continuing to train through the summer and have great news about to break about our new and even better 2nd dojo alongside the exisiting one. Official launch in September but meanwhile we hope to have it open Mid August.
