Gould Ecology is an ecological consultancy. We advise on how to manage ecological issues relating to planning and development, including the avoidance of adverse impacts to protected species, and positive measures to enhance biodiversity. We carry out habitat and protected species surveys and provide advice on mitigation and habitat management. Gould Ecology was founded in 2004 a self-employed partnership by Richard and Nicola Gould. We are based in West Wales and have an additional work-base in Somerset. We work regularly throughout south Wales and south-west England, and particulary in the counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Somerset and Bristol.
