The premises are located in the village of Thorncombe, bordering the counties of Dorset, Devon and Somerset. We now occupy a site in excess of 6 acres and we operate from covered secure premises of nearly 10,000 square feet with ample parking for many cars. Andy and Carol chose to retire in 2008 and although they remain partners their children and active business partners Shane and Tara now run the business. To all intent purposes, the business remains fundamentally unchanged, with Shane Hibbard as Mechanical Manager and Tara Smillie as Body shop Manager, Accounts and Reception Manager. As a family run business Hibbard Automotive prides itself on its personal service and aims essentially, to ensure quality repairs and service whilst continuing to develop and maintain good working relationships, with customers, specialist suppliers, insurance companies and the local community.
