Jackie has an amazing energy which has captured her clients’ hearts as well as helped their progress to recovery. She was first introduced to acupuncture after sustaining shoulder injuries in a car accident. The injuries became chronic and she was unable to continue in her career as a successful personal fitness trainer. She was in pain for most of her waking hours, which was both mentally and physically frustrating, as Jackie had regularly exercised since childhood. This is when she found Five Element Acupuncture to sought help to relieve the pain and regain movement from her injuries. As a result of acupuncture she regained movement and freedom from pain and, also many emotional issues were addressed.
