Established in 1980, and still a family owned business, we at Kett Autopaints (Anglia) Ltd have continued to expand and develop to meet the needs of our customers, large or small, and it is our Company Policy to identify and respond to their ever-changing needs. Appreciating the increasing demand for quality products from well known manufacturers we have made a point of specialising in these products, in addition to carrying stocks of alternative products where demanded. To improve our service to the Norwich area we have opened a business located in the city. To respond to the needs of our customers we believe it is imperative for all our staff to have a high degree of technical expertise. For this reason we devote considerable resources to staff training. Almost all of our internal personnel are sent on courses run by our suppliers, in addition to in-house product training. Our sales staff undergo regular specialist sales and product training. Using our own fleet of delivery vans we make a point of responding to orders with impressive speed, usually dispatching goods the same day, over a radius of more than 35 miles of our Peterborough and Wisbech branches. We further provide a helpful counter service for even faster personal attention.
