Conscious of the fact that my mother didn’t eat eggs, I also began experimenting with making eggless cakes and my fresh cream passion fruit eggless cake is now a firm favourite! Over the years, through word of mouth, my cakes have been enjoyed by family members, friends, work colleagues, friends of family and friends of friends. Seeing the joy my cakes have provided and with encouragement from my cake fans, I started La Belle Cakes. La belle, means beautiful and as the name suggests I pride myself on making cakes that are beautiful inside and out. That means not only do my cakes look exquisite, but they taste absolutely delicious as well.
