Le Grenier was started by Joyce Ellis in 1991, after spending several years before that with one of the Midlands premier antique dealers. Her speciality was the restoration of painted furniture and in particular penwork, but also a love of fine woods has led to the development of the business as it stands today. A strong connection in all regions of France has brought a dazzling array of fine and country furniture, mainly in walnut and cherrywood.
