Our low fee, no fee consultancy service provides assistance with the process of approvals and planning which, during this period, the experience of our in-house teams produce a working HVAC scheme for tender of a flat fee of 5% of the anticipated HVAC, waived if Leech are successful in tendering for the works. We directly employ specialist teams of installation and commissioning engineers to provide a fully comprehensive service covering all aspects of our installations, air conditioning, ductwork, controls and associated wiring.
