Ideally situated near Darlington town centre, clients travel from all over the town and the surrounding area for such expertise. One way in which we achieve this is by staggering appointments so that each pet can be groomed on a one to one basis. The majority of pets are ready to be picked up 2-3 hours after arrival. Grooming is made as much fun as possible to ensure that stress is kept to a minimum, so that your pet is more relaxed & learns to tolerate and even enjoy the grooming process. Time is taken with your dog to build up a bond of trust. We allow for breaks & the dogs to have drinks & of course to answer the call of nature.
