All our orders are sent by Royal Mail, if you have not received your order within 3 days of dispatch please do not hesitate to contact us. All of our Murano Glass jewellery is hand made by artists and artisans, created on the islands of Venice Italy. These pieces are individual and have their own uniqueness. Please see information on each item for details. We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will fully refund your money on return of the goods, within 14 days of receipt and in an unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under normal circumstances all in stock items will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 12pm, if there are any delays we will inform you immediately. Where indicated custom made orders take up to 2 — 3 weeks.
