Monkseaton Plastering Services was started by Brian Lumsden with the intention of building up a cooperative of local tradespeople who are all fully qualified and experienced in their own particular trade. There are now over twenty people in this group and between us we have hundreds of years of experience in all aspects of the building trade. As we manage ourselves and all take the view that we do a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay we can keep costs down to a reasonable level. We do not have a manager who takes a percentage of the amount you pay.
