My name is Di, and I am the founder of this wonderful little small independant business known as Myrtle & Bracken. I drink what can only be described as an extraodinary amount of tea and listen to Bach extremely loud when I am creating. I love a well made cocktail and period dramas. In my spare time I look at floral pornography on the internet. I discovered I had Gothic tendancies after being let loose on Pinterest. I do a lot of yoga and spend a lot of time in the woods. I have 2 adorable wee cats, Jack & Django who spend all day chasing pheasants and in turn me chasing them.
Born and raised in the country, I have always been inspired by wild and abundant flowers and plants, and have been known to have an obsession with twigs and moss. There is no cure apparently. I live in the rolling countryside of Ayrshire with the most inspiring individual I have ever met, my Husband Mr Mackay, a demon of a Scots Fiddler.
