Working alongside Jerrard is his wife Sally, both are committed to helping customers in the shop and online. We have been trading from the same idyllic spot for over 30 years in a 17th Century thatched building near to Shrewsbury and 5 minutes off the M54. At Mytton Antiques we prefer the COUNTRY HOUSE LOOK, as we only trade in good period pieces that have not been over restored or repolished, however we can restore any of our items for sale to your own specification. We also offer a RESTORATION SERVICE for your own items, bought elsewhere and stock a huge range of restoration materials, waxes, polishes etc.
Jerrard Nares initially learnt the antiques trade by working for well regarded firms in London and New York before taking over the family business in Shropshire. He has an excellent knowledge of 18th and 19th Century furniture, decorative antique furniture, decorative antiques and related items and is also a keen decorative collector himself.
