New Moss Garage was originally established in 1977 as Nook Lane Garage, based in Nook Lane, Oswaldtwistle - hence the name. The firm rapidly established a reputation for high quality of service and soon outgrew the premises. The solution was to expand by taking over New Moss Service Station in 1989 and both establishments were then run as Nook Lane Garage which rapidly gained a first class reputation in the field of accident repair and refinishing.
