Our black and yellow branded vehicles are easily recognisable and have become synonomous with Newmarket culture. We also have telephone links with the major stores in the area and we are well known by all the local hotels. All the vehicles and drivers are licensed by West Suffolk Council and undergo regular safety checks and tests in accordance with their policy. All the drivers undergo enhanced level Criminal Records Bureau checks and tests before being awarded a license to operate a taxi vehicle.

We Began trading 1985 with one driver. After 5 years, having gained a wealth of experience; Newtax expanded to operate a radio service with multiple cars. In 2002 we incorporated to become Newtax Limited. In 2017 we modernised and began working with a fully computerised dispatch system allowing us to create the Newtax App and Web Booker. Remaining a family run business; we now have two generations driving and running the company.
