The more we bought, the more we realised that we were never quite getting what we wanted and set out for (and what the boys rightfully deserved!). The quality just was not there... And having both had training to a superwoofic standard in customer service, we just knew that there was a significant gap in the market, and one that we were confident that our (somewhat experienced) paws could fill!
