During a lengthy period of illness, I had time to hone my skills and carry on training in illustration and cartoon work as well as fine art. By 2005, I felt I had learned a lot of different skills to help keep my art varied, interesting and on a more business level - diverse enough to engage in many projects. In 2007 I decided to launch my business and go for it - and since then, I have had and continue to have - an interesting and exciting journey..... My work is always evolving. Commissions, exhibitions and other projects take me in different directions which keep the whole thing alive. With my varied background and training, I feel I can offer much more and my work now encapsulates everything I have learned.
I was born in Staffordshire, UK in 1974. I was always an observant child and expressed a great hunger and desire to learn. At school I particularly enjoyed drama and art, the latter I wanted to persue as a career. I won awards at art college for my outstanding efforts and work. This is something I carry on with today, and my desire to learn is still very much alive.
