We are a locally owned family business based in Northamptonshire with franchisees who share our dedication to service and doing a good job. This means you are helping local families not large multi national companies with multi millionaire owners, our local families live and work in the area they serve we love being part of the community. Any profits we make, we donate 3% a year to charity. We have over 15 years’ experience in the mobile phone and tablet business and know that customers do not want to be without their phones or tablets for long periods of time whilst they are repaired. For this reason, we recognised the need for a mobile service. We set up Repair Not Replace to offer a quality, premium and reliable mobile phone and tablet repairs service, backed up by a 12-month warranty. We specialise in repairs and nothing else. We do not bolt on a repair services like some companies. This is our day to day focus and so we have the knowledge and expertise to offer you a quality repair, using quality parts, not cheap imports from the internet. We are so confident about the quality of our parts and repairs we back them up with a 12-month warranty. All of our staff are in uniform and arrive in branded vans.
