Plains Services was set-up in 2009, originally expanding on a pest control company, the contract cleaning division was incorporated and this grew the business steadily over the next few years. By 2013 we moved in to our offices in Hucknall, there were 15 members of staff, and the company became a Limited Company – Plains Services (Nottingham) Ltd Now incorporating professional carpet cleaning, reach & wash window cleaning & property maintenance services helped to develop the company offering, with an aim to provide an “all in one” facilities service company. An increase in works for landlords and letting agents opened the door to further works – providing block maintenance & cleaning visits, grounds maintenance and regular site audits where we tailor additional refurbishment & repair works to each client’s requirement. By 2016, we had over 40 employed staff members covering the entire Nottingham area, all fully insured, DBS checked and uniformed – providing all clients with a professional service. Our sign written vehicles can be seen on the road and at businesses across the region.
