We have more than 30 years combined technical experience within our team ranging across many disciplines, and believe that we are one of the few I.T. support businesses in Hartlepool, which hold certification and employ qualified technical staff. At Platinum Computers we constantly strive to increase the levels of service we offer to our customers, and as such we invest vigorously in the development and future of our team. We realise the important of passing on our extremely high standards and professionalism relating to our repair and retail sides of our business to the new generation of I.T. technicians. that's why We have invested in 2 trainee's, 1 of which as already has become our newest member of staff. With both of these members of staff, we are constantly encouraging them to learn and expand there knowledge, to strive to reach and progress beyound our high standards set for them, and hopefully teach the core members of our staff new practices of expertise and help platinum Computers to reach higher levels and keep expanding.
