He had an apprentice named William Mann, who took over the business in 1835. The Mann family remain in the jewellery business to this day, with the eighth generation bringing a wealth of knowledge to the trade. The Mann family are a trusted, dependable trading family with shops throughout Gloucestershire. Promenade Jewellers, previously know as Promenade Antiques, has been managed by Mr Mann for over 30 years. With a large shop along the Promenade of Cheltenham, he is well positioned to share his extensive knowledge of jewellery. His dedication to sourcing interesting and beautiful items and his willingness to share his knowledge and experience has made the shop what it is today.
